Hemp Seeds are rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids?

They are a highly digestible protein that contain all 10 essential amino acids. They also contain dietary fiber, and naturally occurring vitamins and minerals such as vitamin E and iron. Just a few tablespoons pack a heaping punch of magnesium, iron and protein. You can toast them for even more flavor. To do this: place one cup of raw hemp seeds in a deep pan over low heat.
